Day 10 of no alcohol, dairy, grains and fried or processed foods. It wasn’t too bad. At the end of it, I’m just craving something sweet. I tried peaches with cinnamon last night. They would have been way better with a little sugar. I’m off to see Carly Pollack, the nutritionist, this afternoon to review the results. I may try to keep this up until the weekend. A couple more visits to Snap and I'll be on my way...
One potential happy hour at Ruth's Chris on Wednesday may be my down fall. Maybe I can schedule a showing appointment instead!
