Considering the cleanse...
In honor of John's birthday month, I am starting the liver cleanse on August 1st. Wouldn't want to mess with any last minute July events. Ten days of no alcohol sounds concerning to me. I'm confident about everything else, except the alcohol part. My goals for this cleanse and my time with nutritionist, Carly Pollack, are enhanced memory, mental clarity and weight loss. That's quite a bit. To take some of the pressure off of Carly, I have also enlisted the assistance of Lee Vallely with Strength Through Length(STL). My goal is to participate in three exercise classes a week and run or walk twice a week. The program that STL offers is great for strengthening my core and hopefully preventing any future back injuries.
